ADOLESCENT POETRY JAM: Another leaf has fallen.

Video of Juice John reading poetry from his teenage years.

ANOTHER LEAF HAS FALLEN  by John at 17.

Eyes on your destination,

Always looking down.

Locked on with your destination,

Staring at the ground.

Another leaf has fallen, another leaf has fallen.

We grow with such anticipation,

our spirit will never cease,

To age with such sophistication,

Until the day of release.

Another leaf has fallen,

to the ground to rot in.

I once was a part of it, it once was a part of me.

I once was a part of it, it once was a part of me.

Another leaf has fallen,

to the ground to rot in.

    1. Keen observation skills, juicer. Yes it is. Those are also genuine laser prints of Dali art on the wall. Notice how they are neither framed or matted, just glued on to the wall.
Ultimately, my bedroom is a conceptual art piece in itself. I call it “Classy over Trashy.”
Good day and thank you for commenting.
