FAT MAN WORKOUT PLAN – Legs and “Abs”

I make these videos and they’re glitchy and I’m an annoying ass at times during them — but my heart is in the right place.  Most workout videos are intimidating, as they feature a group of badasses in top physical condition.  My videos are not like that.  For one, it’s only me.  And I am definitely not a badass in top physical condition. 

In my delusions, a person who is otherwise hesitant to trying a workout video will try Fat Man Workout Plan — in a “if that fat ass can do it, so can I” type of way.

My genuine hope is to change the life of one fat man, even if it’s only me.

  1. You have to be extra careful whilst exercising in order to prevent any traumatic condition. You need to do these workouts for almost a single hour a minimum of. You need to be normal with these workouts.
